Shipping policy

We utilize Canada Post as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 48 hours to process your order and ship it out if you qualify for Free Shipping.

Note: Free shipping is only available in Canada at this time.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of purchasing, please send an email to 1929skin@gmail.com.

Orders are processed 7 days a week, however; be mindful that orders placed on the weekend may not be shipped immediately.

Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 3-9 business days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your postal code. 

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please Contact Canada Post for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of Canada Post. It is the responsibility of Canada Post to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
