Refund policy

Since 1929SKIN sells personal care goods (beauty products), we do not accept exchanges, or returns on any of the products. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to request a refund, please email us at 1929skin@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivery date. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the first 24-hours of receiving your product(s), if the item is rendered damaged due to manufacturing defects. If the products is damaged we ask that you keep the products as well as the packaging they were in, and attach a photo of it to the email for us to properly be able to evaluate the situation. If it is clear that the damaged was done in transit, we will gladly replace the product. Note: the photos should be clear and the damaged areas should be visible to properly be evaluated.

NOTE: We take responsibility for damaged & defective products as noted above. Additionally, we understand that everyone's skin is different and may react differently to our products and ingredients. If you aren't fully satisfied with your product, please let us know!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
